Update:  Non-Residential Solar Rebate Applications will begin to be accepted again starting June 2, 2012.

Vert Energy Group is vastly experienced in working the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) on their solar rebate programs.  LADWP requires a third-party energy assessment and energy benchmark report included in all non-residential rebate applications.  Vert Energy Group will manage this entire process and complete these reports in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

Excerpt from LADWP Requirements Section 5.2 Existing Buildings

“Non-Residential applicants will have to contact and hire a third party to conduct an onsite energy efficiency assessment. In addition to this audit, ratepayers of existing nonresidential buildings are required to benchmark their buildings’ energy efficiency before they can be eligible for solar incentives.”
